1.1 Indemnity You shall absolve Vebits from any loss or damage, deterioration or destruction of any property or any liability whatsoever (including any of your employees, workmen or agents) or any cost or expense arising from or in any way related to the works and we shall fully indemnity Vebits against any claim, demand action, suit, proceedings by any person (including any of employees, workmen or agents) for any loss, damage, deterioration or destruction or any property or death or injury of any person or any liability whatsoever (including any legal, statutory and / or regulatory liability ) or any cost or expense arising from or in any way related to the works.
